By accessing and using AI Indie Kit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
AI Indie Kit provides access to a collection of starter templates and code for building AI-powered SaaS applications. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to a private GitHub repository containing all templates and future updates.
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the templates for personal and commercial projects. You may build unlimited projects for yourself or your clients. However, you may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the source code as a template kit or starter.
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Creem/Stripe. Your purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access to all current and future templates.
Due to the nature of digital products, once you gain access to the code repository, we do not offer refunds. Please contact us at support@aiindiekit.com before purchasing if you have any questions or would like a demo.
All content, templates, and code provided through AI Indie Kit are the intellectual property of AI Indie Kit. Your license to use these materials is subject to the terms outlined in Section 3.
The templates are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.
In no event shall AI Indie Kit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the templates.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
